Happy miercoles y’all! The sunshine has, yet again, in addition to my to-do list that is COMPLETELY checked off (I have photographic evidence haha), brought a smile to my face and I wanted to share my smiling thoughts with all of you.
My goodness. I don’t even know where to start in telling you, in a way that you will appreciate, how ridiculously excited I am to be just hours away from my first “Spring Break” as a teacher!! For whatever reason, we only had an extended 4-5 day weekend for Easter in the aasd <3 when it seems as if the rest of the world celebrates Easter – and Spring! – with a break lasting the duration (or more) of a week. Hence: “Spring Break”. Genius, I know. Anyway – I get to enjoy April 6 -15 to its fullest.
My Spring Break will include, and by NO means will be limited to: HOME <3, my parents :), my SEESTER!!, wedding plans for/with my SEESTER!, my teamie and her beautiful baby!<3, MBrad (and Wayne!), Jack Dawson in 3D(I’m hopeful), jelly beans, new workouts!(after the jelly beans), reading (Water for Elephants is on tap!), a date or 2 with my ridiculously awesome hubby<3, and, according to TWC app, a WHOLE LOT OF SUNSHINE!!!

So I was having a rough couple of days with my kiddos (Spring Fever and all), so I found myself at Target with a to-buy list. (obviously) What was NOT on that to-buy list that I definitely bought, you ask? An Easter Bunny apron – not with easter bunnies on it but instead an apron that will make me actually LOOK like an Easter Bunny. I may or may not be planning to wear it all day tomorrow and there may or may not be an hour long, school wide, fundraising walkathon that may or may not include lots of parent volunteers. I’m a dork like that 🙂 I love firstie land. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else…. Except for wedding plan… or maybe to be in a musical….with Meghan Bradley 🙂
Lastly, I pinned and facebooked something that I found and LOVE that I have never seen before. It continues to ring loudly and clearly for me in my life right now, and I thought maybe you might enjoy it, too…Believe it or not, it’s my story to write! <3
