11 Random Facts about Me:

1. My family is super close, super small, and the best, most supportive and best example of a family there ever was 🙂

2. I’m NOT a shopper .

3. I’m blind as a bat without my contacts. I’ve worn them since 7th grade!

4. I LOVE our house 🙂 🙂 We bought it 2 summers ago and I absolutely LOVE it!!

5. I used to HATE working out . . .for the last 3 years, I’ve worked out 5-6 days a week and can’t function without it! 🙂 . . . disclaimer….I don’t run. Haven’t found the love for that . . . but I DO have a Rockette for a Zumba teacher who kicks my butt a few times a week! 🙂

6. I LOVE to be tan. (I know, I know.)

7. If I could wear sweatpants and a hoodie for the rest of my life, I would die happier than happy.

8. I love to party plan and host – especially now that we have our house! The layout of it is perfect for get togethers!!

9. I could eat pizza every day of my life . . . but due to #5, I try to avoid that behavior haha.

10. I am passionate and enthusiastic about EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that I love! I give it my all 110% of the time <3

11. I couldn’t live without my laptop, I COULD live without the 4 hours between my parents (and the 7 hours between my sister) and me!

11 Questions Asked by Jamie:

1. What is your favorite subject to teach?

I LOVE to teach math!! I love teaching reading, too, but math is a bit easier to help my students “get”!

2. What is your favorite thing to wear to work?

Well, since you already learned that I broken heart shopping, I don’t have a “must wear” outfit, but I DO loving wearing dresses 🙂 So much more comfortable than pants!

3. Who is your favorite children’s author?

DR SEUSS!

4. What do you like to do in your free time?

Hubby and I don’t get away for a date night out very often, but when we do, we love to go to or watch a movie! Most recently, we had a movie date to see American Hustle. Ohhhh Bradley.

5. Do you pefer movies or books?

Eh… I could go either way . . . If it’s summer, a book for SURE… Movies are more “doable” during the school year!

6. What is the perfect date night?

Hubby and I have crazy busy schedules. . . we don’t see much of each other to tell you the truth. So a perfect date for me is just WITH him! We also love a good fancy dinner date every now and again but we also love takeout in our sweats!! 🙂

7. How do you bring sunshine to someone else?

I truly hope that I bring sunshine to others with my bubbly and enthusiastic personality and the fact that I’m a genuinely caring person! I just want the people around me to be happy! 🙂

8. How did you know that teaching was for you?

I knew teaching was for me when I was ALWAYS ready to go back to school in the fall. ALWAYS! 🙂 I heart school.

9. What is your favorite just for fun activity you do at school?

We LOVE to sing and dance in my classroom . . .My favorite is Tony Chestnut. love.

10. What is your favorite food?

I already told you! PIZZA!

11. Would your rather: have a lazy quite day around the house or hang with family/friends?

Honestly, my days around the house are never lazy . . soooo I’d prefer hanging with family and friends so I could more than justify why I wasn’t getting things done! 🙂
