Well hello there, friends. Does that quote above scream at anyone else?! It’s screaming at me right now. After a rough year of completely careless eating, nearly no workouts, and NO workout plan nor routine, I am done making excuses. I’m done. And I’m inviting you to join me.
As you know, one of the things that I am 100% about is being real and being YOU. And if I’m being real right now, I’ve been on an up and down roller coaster when it comes to fitness and eating for over a year now. I just canNOT get it under control. More so – rewind the clock to 2013? I was working out 6 times a week and counting every calorie I ate, so it STINGS admitting to the fact that I have LOST control, desire, and motivation to make smart choices about food, find my workout routine, and to STICK WITH the good choices that I AM able to make!
With that being said…. my gym bag is packed for tomorrow.
My gym bag is packed for the first time in over a year. And I want you to pack yours, too! I want to do this together!! I NEED your support and cheerleading! Together we are better!! RIGHT?!?
Tomorrow I start a new journey. A new journey back on track to taking care of myself. A new journey that includes saying no, to turning down a birthday snack, and to ELIMINATING EXCUSES!!
That new journey – like all of my journeys have – starts with goals. If I write it down, I’m much more apt to hold myself accountable. With that comes a printable – obviously. ๐

Guilty!! and ya called me out ๐ I have been trying to make better eating choices but the working out thing… ummmm I dont belong to a gym but I have been really wanting to make sure I walk every night soooo Im in !!

Oh girlllll, I hear you! I started myself back on track last Monday after realizing that I've gained 6 lbs since school started. Yikes. Ridiculous. I did really, really well all week until my husband and I went to the Eagles game today. Tomorrow's a new day, right? I'm printing your checklist. Thanks for being awesome and so honest! Good luck! I go to the gym EVERY morning before school. It's the ONE thing I get to do just for ME before all the demands of the day begin. I tell myself, "I'm worth it" It's the best thing I do for myself everyday.

I love watching your periscopes. They pump me up! I also am having trouble with getting re-motivated to exercise. I was running a bunch and doing 5ks every month. Then…who knows what happened…but it stopped. I haven't ran in about 2 months! Granted, it's super cold and I can't stand being cold, but I can bundle up and run! I need to get back to it. Thanks for the motivation.

I understand exactly what you mean. I 2 1/2 years ago I was 382lbs. I had a gastric sleeve surgery and I'm now down to 247lbs. I have 50lbs to lose so that I can skin removal surgery. I have decided to start 21 day fix and other Beachbody workouts. I am going to put a dollar in my saving jar when I work out. This way I can save for TPT Orlando because I will be going to conference if I have to sleep outside the hotel LOL! Anyway, this could help motivate me. I am loving the list and I will be using it. I will be hastagging and trying to stay motivated.
